I was searching for a 55+ condo in Eastern CT. The only ones that came up on the internet were placed by Kathleen. She let me take my time looking and made calls to answer any questions.
I decided those first units were not for me. Kathleen asked if I would like for her to search for me. I had liked her patience and action so agreed. Kathleen really quizzed me on what I wanted. When I opened my e-mail the next day there was addresses of possibles on my own web-site. It was great as i could dismiss any i knew were wrong for me and send her questions on possibles. About 3 months later, I am writing this in my new condo and very happy. Kathleen negotiated and advised me all the way. Even though the deal is closed, Kathleen called to make sure some items were done as promised.
A further comment is how pleasant it was to work with Kathleen. She brought along a contractor friend of hers and I learned from his comments about the place I eventually purchased.
Kathleen used her knowledge of the area and the business to get me this unit at a much lower price than I expected. We hope to take her and her friend out to celebrate after we get settled.

Kathleen Chase is a very hard worker and in the top of her field. She will call you back promptly, negotiate the best deal for you and get the job done in a highly professional manner. The thing that impressed me the most was how quickly she followed up with our requests. I would reccomend her to any of my friends or family members.
My wife and I have just moved into our new residence...boxes everywhere. The house and the surroundings are wonderful.
Our odyssey from Indiana back home to Massachusetts started in November of 2008 and culminated with our arrival here in late September 2009. We originally thought of buying a home in the Sturbridge, MA area and with that thought in mind I went on-line looking for a Real Estate agent in the area and found JcKc Realty. I contacted Kathy Chase and she immediatly started sending us prospective homes. She worked diligently and followed up to get a feel for our likes and dislikes on each opportunity.
Unfortunately the economy was not heading in a good direction (i.e.-the sale of our home in Indiana was not going to happen any time soon) so we shifted our house hunting from buying to leasing. Kathy didn't miss a beat, renting/leasing opportunities started coming in immediately. Kathy kept in touch with us, on the internet, almost daily and when we found solid prospects, she would work with oud children (who live in the area) to set up viewings and to provide additional data. If there was ever a question in regard to a property she would call us (and our children) to make sure we had all the data we needed.
Kathy worked tirelessly, based on the guidelines we provided, to find the best opportunites for us and finally we found a new home. And, I must add, we were able to move within a couple of weeks of our stated goal from back in November on '08...fantastic.
I can't say enough about the time and energy Kathy put into our task. She was always thinking positively and, I belive, working with OUR best interests in mind. I still can't believe that she could have been properly compensated for all the work she did but she claims that all is well.
Kathy, no matter what you say, we will always be indebited to you for all the help you provided for our family. I don't need to recommend you to our children as they worked with you and found you to be very down-to-earth and extremely competent. And, I would deffenitely recommend you to anyone looking for the very best in Real Estate agents.

I was checking online for available houses for sale and clicked on MLS listing and Kathy Chase emailed me back and asked me if I needed assistance. I decided to ask for her help and she has been a go getter from the start. We have seen some nice homes, as well as some that were really not to nice at all. It has been a long process and at times I was just ready to give up as I thought Kathy might be but she continued to find listings for me. Through all of this, my dealings with trying to purchase a house which was a short sale but unfortunately fell through, we are working on my second attempt to purchase. I just have to give her credit she is a fantastic realtor, determined, and she has a great personality through all of this. I would definitely recommend Kathy Chase to anyone who needs a realtor.
